Because our products are delivered digitally and are available for immediate download after purchase, our refund and return policy is specifically designed for digital goods.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on DigitalsCart.com are:

  • Delivered electronically as downloadable PDF files
  • Available for instant access immediately after successful payment
  • Not physical goods and therefore cannot be ‘returned’ in the traditional sense
  • Non-transferable and for personal/non-commercial use only

Due to the nature of digital products, once a file has been downloaded or accessed, we are generally unable to offer a refund. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will review each request on a case-by-case basis.

3. General No-Refund Policy

We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing the product
  • You accidentally purchased the wrong product
  • You no longer need or want the product after downloading it
  • You found the product cheaper somewhere else
  • You do not have the required software (e.g., a PDF reader) to open the file
  • The product did not meet your personal expectations or preferences

Please review all product descriptions, previews, and sample images carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Eligible Refund Cases

We will consider a refund request only in the following genuine cases:

4.1 File Not Received / Download Failure

If you completed payment successfully but did not receive the download link or were unable to access your file due to a technical error on our end, please contact us immediately. We will either:

  • Resend the download link to your registered email address, OR
  • Provide a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours

4.2 Corrupted or Defective File

If the file you downloaded is corrupted, incomplete, or unreadable, and we are unable to provide a replacement file that works correctly, you will be eligible for a full refund.

4.3 Wrong Product Delivered

If you received a different product than the one shown on the product page (e.g., different content than described), we will offer you either:

  • A replacement with the correct file, OR
  • A full refund

4.4 Duplicate Payment / Double Charge

If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order, we will immediately refund the extra charge. Please share proof of the duplicate transaction with us.

5. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests made after 7 days of the purchase date will not be entertained under any circumstances.

6. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be returned to your original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.)
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated

7. Order Cancellations

Since our products are digital and delivered instantly after payment, cancellations are only possible before the download link has been accessed or sent.

If you wish to cancel an order immediately after placing it and before downloading the file, please contact us within 30 minutes of purchase. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the file has been accessed or downloaded, cancellations are no longer possible.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any genuine issue fairly and promptly.

Filing a false or unjustified chargeback may result in:

  • Being blocked from future purchases on our platform
  • Legal action if deemed appropriate

9. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All digital products sold on DigitalsCart.com — including all Kids Coloring Pages PDFs — are protected under copyright law. Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, personal license to:

  • Download and use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Print the coloring pages for personal or home use

You are NOT permitted to:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share the files with others
  • Upload the files to any third-party website or platform
  • Use the files for commercial purposes without written permission
  • Claim the designs as your own

Violation of usage rights does not qualify you for a refund and may result in legal action.
